Jerome wants to visit Ghana - Kevin

Kevin-Prince Boateng has revealed his brother Jerome Boateng has expressed his desire to visit Ghana.

Despite choosing to represent Germany, Jerome, remains connected to Ghana where his father hails from.

Kevin has clashed with the Bayern Munich defender once in international football at the Group stage of the 2010 FIFA World Cup.

“We are all connected to Ghana because that is our root. I have a tattoo of Ghana on my body and my two brothers because we have the same tattoo,” Boateng, the Ghana international said.

“We three we have the continent Africa and we point out Ghana because this is where we are from. I think that is commitment and we are committed to our roots.

“And even Jerome is happy to be half Ghanaian, even if he decided to play for Germany. He always asks me how is Ghana.

“Because I use to see my uncle all the time when we were in Ghana because he comes to visit me and Jerome says the next time I go to Ghana he will come with me because he eager to see how the Ghana looks like.

“The problem is that anytime I go to Ghana, he is also with the national team so we have to find some holidays, a couple of days to come to Ghana because he will like it.”
