Ghana Black Satellites coach Jimmy Cobblah maintains he is disturbed following his team’s 2-0 defeat to Niger in a friendly game in Niamey on Wednesday.

Cobblah indicated that it was a good exercise though he is worried about his team not winning after creating numerous chances.

“It is a good practice for us, it is a game we should have won, we scored a beautiful goal but the linesman disallowed it through the referee said it was a goal. They had two dubious penalties and scored all,” Cobblah told the Press.

“I have experienced this before, sometimes you lose your training games but goes to the tournament proper and win all your games. What happened today is surprising because we played well and I thought we were going to win.”

“I think we should be winning to give our people hope ahead of the tournament. We will keep on making corrections so that the cohesion will come,”

The Satellites will play two more friendly games before the Under 20 AFCON starts on February 2nd.
