Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko skipper Joseph Hendricks popularly known in the football circle as ‘Oreba’ has disclosed that he is heading towards a coaching course after he called time off from football.
The aggressive defender gained household name during his hey days with Kotoko after helping them to chalk lots of laurels.
The 2004 CAF Confederations Cup finalist maintains he still has responsibilities to discharge in Ghana football.
’’ I’m currently preparing myself for coaching course in Europe within the shortest possible time so that my love for Ghana football will not perish abruptly’’. He revealed to Ghanasportsonline.com.
He added that ‘’he has chosen Europe not because the coaching courses organize in Ghana is not good enough to harness his coaching talent but it is a peculiar reason on his part to do the course in Europe’’.
Joseph Hendricks was appointed the ambassador of the season’s MTN FA Cup final which saw Medeama emerging the champions.
