Kevin-Prince Boateng has sparked reports of an imminent return to AC Milan after the forward was seen at the San Siro on Sunday.
Boateng who has been forced into becoming a free agent following the termination of his contract at Schalke was at Milan’s final game of the season with his fiancé Melissa Sata.
The Rossoneri who endured a torrid campaign beat Torino 3-0 but it was Boateng’s presence that made the headlines.
The 28-year-old was sold by Milan to Schalke in 2013 in a reported EUR 10m deal.
But after an impressive first season return at Germany, the Ghana international’s form have been stuttering.
Now looking for a new club following the termination of his contract at Schalke, the former Portsmouth man’s presence at the San Siro has led more credence of subtle rumours a return to the Italian giants is on the cards.
No official talks have however been initiated between the player and the club.
Boateng has been in Milan since last week where he caught up with his former club mate Sulley Muntari.
