Ghanaian forward Kamaldeen Sulemana is reportedly considering a move away from Southampton as he looks to get more playing time.

Kamaldeen has been linked with a possible move to top European clubs AS Roma, Nice, and Ajax.

The 21-year-old’s £30million release clause has become a major sticking point, with Southampton refusing to sell unless the hefty sum is met.

Despite clubs expressing interest in Kamaldeen, his £30million release clause has become a big problem.

The pacey winger is reportedly open to the possibility of loan deals with options for a permanent transfer, signalling his eagerness to secure regular minutes on the pitch.

French clubs, including Lille and Marseille, have also shown interest in Sulemana, with OGC Nice previously making a bid for a loan deal with an obligation to buy, which Southampton rejected.

Having joined Southampton two seasons ago in a record-breaking deal from Stade Rennes for £22 million, Sulemana has faced challenges settling in England, making just 10 Championship starts last season.

Kamaldeen’s contributions helped Southampton secure promotion back to the Premier League, with the winger featuring in 25 Championship matches.
