Inter-Allies manager Herbert Addo as backed Hearts of Oak coach Kenichi Yatshuhashi to succeed at the Club.

Yatshuhashi has come under intense criticism following the team’s unimpressive run in their preseason exercise.

Hearts of Oak have been able to record just two wins in their preseason matches so far.

This has resulted in many of the team’s supporters calling for the exit of the Japanese American.

Herbert Addo who was sacked as Hearts of Oak coach prior to the end of last season has backed his compatriot to succeed at the Club.

“Is a matter of time. Maybe things might not be going well this time, but who knows? It could be better when the season starts,” he spoke to Ghanasportsonline.com in an exclusive interview after his side’s 1-1 draw with Hearts of Oak on Sunday.

“I think he needs more time and I believe things will change. You can see he is getting to know the team better now and things are going well as I believe he can take the team far when the season starts.

Yatshuhashi succeeded Herbert Addo as coach of Hearts of Oak after the former had been sacked five matches to the end of the League last season.
