Ghana midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng has paid tribute to goalkeeper Senzo Meyiwa, who was tragically shot and killed by unidentified gunmen on Sunday.

The Schalke player posted a picture of the Bafana Bafana captain on his Twitter account and wrote: Kevin-Prince Boateng tweeted:

“TRAGEDY!!!!R.I.P. Senzo Meyiwa. My condolences to his family&friends. #crazyworld #cantbelieveit.”
