Kotoko's coach Michael Osei under no pressure ahead of WAFA clash

Asante Kotoko Assistant Coach Michael Osei claims he is under pressure to perform as he acts as the stop-gap trainer in the Porcupine Warrior’s Premier League clash against WAFA in Kumasi on Sunday.

Osei had to prepare the team for the match-day 8 fixture after Masud Dramani was asked to proceed on a four-month mandatory leave by the Board of Directors of Kotoko.

“I am not under any pressure. This won’t be the first time I will be there. When we played Aduana, I was there alone. Even in the (2014) FA Cup final (against Inter Allies), Didi was out of the country but we won” Osei told Kotoko’s official website.

Asante Kotoko are in desperate need of a win at the Baba Yara Stadium to climb from the 10th spot. The Kumapem lads have secured 2 wins, 2 draws and 3 defeats in 7 match days so far this season.
