The Life Patron of Asante Kotoko, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, has constituted a 10-member board of directors of the Porcupine Warriors.

The board is made up of a former president of the Ghana Bar Association Paul Adu-Gyamfi, the chairman of the National Media Commission Ambassador Kabral Blay-Amihere and former Ghana defender Samuel Osei Kuffour.

Other members are the Ankobeahene of the Asante Kingdom, Frank Appiagyei, Nana Kwame Kusi II, Kofi Dua Adonten, Nana Ekuoba Kwadwo Gyasi, and Jude Kofi Arthur.

The chief executive will be appointed by the board whiles the National Circles Council of Kotoko Supporters and the Association of Old Kotoko Players will elect one representative each, a statement from the chief of staff of Asantehene Kofi Badu said.

Goal understands lawyer Adu-Gyamfi, who was part of the previous board, is likely to be named the chairman.
