AFRICAN ace Kwame Ayew looks to be heading for England, with Bradford mentioned in the Portuguese press as a possible destination for the Sporting Lisbon forward.
After previously being targeted by Rangers and Fenerbahce, the 26-year-old is now being linked with a switch to The Premiership, after being informed by Augustus Inacio that he is not part of his plans for the new season.
Joao Pinto is just one of a number of new signings at the capital club, and Ayew is keen to rescind his contract with The Lions, in order to facilitate a move out of Portugal.
Bradford boss Chris Hutchings has been credited with an interest in the Ghanaian international, but he appears to have a bigger target occupying most of his thoughts at the moment, in Benito Carbone.
Whether City would try and sign both the Italian and Ayew is open to debate, but it would not be a surprise to see the lively attacker, now recovered from a knee problem, arrive in England in the near future.
