Kwesé Sports lines up Ghana football Stars on Home Run

Ghana's newest free to air/pay TV station Kwesé Sports, will this week line up a number of active footballers including two members of the historic Black Satellites team that lifted the FIFA U-20 World Cup in 2009.

On Monday evening, Daniel Opare (2009 U-20 World Cup winner) will grace the hugely popular evening sports show.

Another member of the historic Black Satellites team that won the 2009 World Youth Championship, Bright Addae, is expected to appear on Tuesday.

The following week, Moses Odjer, a member of the 2013 Satellites team that lost to France in the final is also billed to appear.

The Home Run show is the flagship evening program on Kwese TV that runs every weekday at 8pm.

The show that is fast becoming a favourite of many Ghanaians on week nights is hosted by former BBC and Supersport broadcaster Yaw Ampofo Ankrah with one of Ghana's finest television hosts Kokui Serlomey.

Daniel Opare

Daniel Opare is a right back who plays for Lens, on loan from Augsburg. He was a key member of the 2009 under-20 team that made history by being the first and so far the only Africa nation to lift the cup. He joined Real Madrid Castilla after the World Cup but could not make it with the UEFA Champions League winners.

Bright Addai

The Ascoli midfielder who had an impressive season in the Italian Serie B is expected to grace the program on Tuesday
Bright Addae started his footballing career an Accra based colts club Boca Juniors before joining Wa based club Wa All Stars
He is married to Emelia Abbey with whom he has three boys.

Moses Odjerr

Moses Odjerr is a former Tema Youth player and member of the 2013 under-20 team that loss on finals to France in the World Youth Championship.
The 19-year old central midfielder now plies his trade with FC Salernitana in the Italian Serie B
