The spokesman for Jordan and Andre Ayew, Fiifi Tackie, has launched a scathing attack on Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah insisting the former international defender is not a good manager.
Tackie descended heavily on the head coach of the Black Stars claiming that he public statements about the Ayew bothers has not helped resolve issues properly.
Jordan Ayew and Andre Ayew have not featured for the Black Stars since Ghana’s World Cup qualification first leg match against Congo Brazzaville in Kumasi early this year.
The duo have not been called for the national team even though both players are in good form for their clubs in the top-flight leagues in Europe.
There has been reportage that Kwesi Appiah has not been impressed with the attitude of the Ayew brothers but the Fiifi Tackie says the coach has been not helpful in resolving issues.
"He [Kwesi Appiah] is a coach and not a manager," he told Accra based Atinka FM.
"We are not fighting Kwesi Appiah but what we're contending is the notion that Ayew brothers have not been committed to Black Stars.
"A lot of Kwesi Appiah's remarks after the Ayews exclusion are purely insinuations.
"He cast insinuations at the players and we know," he added.
Kwesi Appiah snubbed the Ayew brothers ahead of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
