Ex-Ghana President John Agyekum Kufuor has named former Black Stars Coach Kwesi Appiah as his best Ghanaian coach.
Kufuor is highly impressed with the achievements of the Ghanaian tactician with the National team and Asante Kotoko.
Appiah made history as the first Ghanaian to qualify the Black Stars to the FIFA World Cup after guiding the team to the 2014 Mundial in Brazil having won Gold with the Black Meteors team at the All-Africa Games in 2011.
President Kufuor who remains an ardent follower of football has lauded the performance of the former Black Stars trainer.

“He qualified the team to the World Cup and I think that was a remarkable achievement, so I will say Kwesi Appiah.”
Kwesi Appiah is currently working as head coach of Sudanese side Al Khartoum Waatani.
