Crystal Palace striker Kwesi Appiah is advising young footballer to plan for life after hanging up their boots.

The Ghana international has been working with Life After Professional Sport- careers resource platform offering advice, networking and job opportunities for future, current and ex-sports pro'- to drum home the campaign.

Appiah is return to the pitch after picking up a knee injury on international duty in June 2015.
