LIVE UPDATES: Ghana Premier League (Week 7)

Dreams FC host Kotoko in Dawu this afternoon Dreams FC host Kotoko in Dawu this afternoon

Hello good afternoon. We are back again with the remainder of the Ghana Premier League week 7 fixtures this afternoon.

Yesterday, Hearts of Oak succumbed to their third defeat this term after they were beaten 2-1 by Elmina Sharks at the Cape Coast stadium.

Medeama also beat Inter Allies 1-0 in the late kick off yesterday.

This afternoon, the top liner is in Dawu where Dreams FC host Asante Kotoko. And as is usual when Kotoko come to town, ticket prices have been jacked up because, well, it's Kotoko - and they are a top draw. The Porcupine are targeting back-to-back wins for the first time this season after a couple of inconsistent outings.

In six games Kotoko have won just three and have a negligible goal difference as they sit fourth on the Ghana Premier League table. Goal scoring has particularly been a problem for Paa Kwesi Fabin’s side, with the club recording just five goals in the opening six league games.

Also, aside midweek’s 2-1 win over Ebusua Dwarfs, the Porcupine Warriors are yet to score more than two goals in a single match this season. It is a return that will delight their Dawu-based opponents, who enjoy scoring at home.

Other games this afternoon are;

Wa All Stars vs Karela
Berekum Chelsea vs Bechem United
Ebusua Dwarfs vs Liberty Professionals
Eleven Wonders vs WAFA

All games start are 3pm GMT. Stay with us for the latest team news ad live text coverage .
