Man City will be crowned Champions of the Premier League if they beat Man United this evening Man City will be crowned Champions of the Premier League if they beat Man United this evening

Hello good afternoon and welcome to what could turn out to be a special day in the English Premiere League by close of day today.

Manchester City can win the Premier League title with victory in this evening's derby against Manchester United, breaking a number of records in the process.

City beat 3-1 Everton at Goodison Park in last Saturday's late kick-off which means Pep Guardiola's side can be crowned champions as early as Gameweek 33, beating United's 2000-01 record of earliest title win by a week in terms of both games played and in the calendar.

With a number of other records still up for grabs - total points, goals scored, etc - for City, Mourinho will hope to delay the coronation for another seven days for when Guardiola & Co. travel to Wembley to face Tottenham.

City will have more than one eye on their Champions League quarter-final second leg against Liverpool after losing the first leg. For United, losing local bragging rights aside, they will want to keep hold of second place with Liverpool and Spurs hot on their heels as the seasons enters the final few weeks.

The Man City vs Man United game kicks off at 4:30 PM GMT, and we promise to bring you all the latest in that games, from the squad news, build-up and main action.
Before then though, there are other games to look ahead to at 2PM.
