Kumasi Asante Kotoko take on Ghana Premier League defending champions, Samartex Football Club, in the match week six fixture on October 20, 2024.

After five matches played, the Porcupine Warriors have won three, drawn two, and lost none, placing them second on the league log with eleven points.

The Kumasi-based club hope to secure the three maximum points as they come up against the defending champions who have not had the best start to the season.

Samartex lie in fourth position on the league table after winning two games and drawing four.

Kotoko head coach Prosper Nartey Ogun has said his side is well prepared for the game as they aim for victory.
