Black Starlets head coach, Laryea Kingston's passionate halftime talk with his players during the WAFU Zone B U17 tournament has captured the attention of football fans on social media.
In a viral video, Laryea Kingston was seen delivering a strong halftime speech to his players in their game in the WAFU Zone B U17 tournament.
Despite scoring three goals in the first half against Ivory Coast, Laryea Kingston expressed dissatisfaction with his side's performance.
Kingston criticized the players for not sticking to his game plan and allowing the opposition to dominate the match.
"They've dominated us. This is the first time an opponent is dominating us. Recovery runs, especially Ayamga and Kagawa, you've been lazy running like this. The one time you put in urgency, you won the ball, and they lost the ball," Kingston said in the video.
Laryea Kingston, in a separate video after the game against Ivory Coast, was seen celebrating with his players in the locker room.
He later urged his players to step out in confidence, knowing that they had won their match.
Coach Laryea Kingston's commanding presence, leadership, and aura have earned him a lot of plaudits from many football fans who admire his elite coaching qualities.
