Liberian centre-back, Alvin McCauley, is in Ghana to regain fitness after a long layoff.

Alvin McCauley, who picked up an injury four months ago, has seen no action since but is gradually making progress.

To aid his recovery process, Alvin McCauley has come to Ghana to work with Ghanaian fitness instructor Totti Laryea Francis, who is one of the best in the country.

For the past few days, Totti Laryea Francis has been working with the centre-back who plies his trade with the Saudi side, Club Al Bahri.

The duo has been working together on the field, beach, and in the pool as Alvin steps up his recovery from the injury that blighted his 2023/2024 season.

This is the second time the Chief Executive Officer of Train Like A Pro Gh is working with a Liberian player. His previous client was Vajebah Sakor.
