English Premier League giants Liverpool will have to pay the 14 million pounds buy out clause of Ghana International Jordan Ayew in other to bring the Ghanaian to Anfield.

According to reports, the UEFA Champions League finalist are interested in signing the Swansea forward.

Berekum Chelsea boss Nana Oduro Sarfo confirmed Liverpool's interest in the player to the media.

"Jordan has had offers from several clubs after Swansea City's relegation last season. He will surely not play in the Championship with them," Sarfo told Onua FM.

"Liverpool has shown interest in him but Scottish side Celtic and their coach seem to be serious with their interest. I believe he may go to Scotland looking at how events are unfolding since they want to meet every demand."

Jordan Ayew had an incredible season with the Welsh club despite the club being relegated from the English Premier League.

The former Aston Villa forward scored 11 goals for Swansea this season, ending the campaign as the club's top scorer and bagged a hat-trick of awards at the end of season ceremony.

Ayew was named Swansea's Players' player of the year, he ended the season as goal-king and scored the best goal of the season at the club.

The 26 year old is also reported to be on the radar of Scottish Champions Celtic.
