Liverpool are eyeing Ghana's young rising star Daniel Opare, rated the best defender in last summer's Under-17 World Cup.
The 16-year-old right back is also being tracked by Real Madrid and AC Milan, and will move to Europe soon on the advice of fellow Ghanain Michael Essien.
The Chelsea star has advised the Ashanti Gold SC player to head to England, even though he is contracted to his club until 2010.. However, he has an opt-out clause which stipulates he can move to a European club for offers of £1.5million or more.
Opare told the News Of The World: "I'm calm about my future. But to play in Europe will be to fulfil my dreams. The Premier League is sinsentional."
Liverpool will watch Opare play for Ghana in the African Nations Cup.
