Ghana midfielder Anthony Annan could be on his way to Malmo FF this summer as a free agent when his contract expires, Goal Ghana can reveal.
Annan, who is currently playing for Bundesliga side Schalke, is in the final stages of his contract which expires in June and has not been assured of any renewal.
The Swedish champions, who will be playing in the Uefa Champions League, have monitored the Ghanaian and are convinced Annan can help boss their middle in the European premier club tournament.
Malmo FF manager Åge Hareide has an eye on Annan’s quality from his time at Rosenborg and knows what he can do to help his team.
According to media reports in Sweden, talks are likely to begin later this month as the midfielder seeks to bounce back in full action after recovering from a protracted injury.
