French Ligue 1 giants Olympique Marseille have set sights on Ghanaian striker Nasiru Mohammed, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

Marseille head scout Jean-Philipe Durand was in Sweden last Sunday to monitor the former Ghana U20 captain in Hacken’s clash with Hammarby.

Hacken eventually won that game by 4-2 at home and Nasiru was instrumental.

Nasiru, 22, has been a tremendous addition to Hacken since joining the Swedish giants four years ago.

Reports are that Nasiru Mohammed is likely to cost Marseille a little over ten million euros when his contract with Hacken expires in winter.

Nasiru is expected to add ingenuity and to the Marseille side if he finally joins.
