Medeama SC midfielder Kwasi Donsu has set his sights on the 2017/18 Ghana Premier League crown following their Week 12 win over Dreams FC.

The Yellow and Mauves delivered another scintillating performance on Sunday when they dominated and defeated Dreams FC 2-0 at the Tarkwa T&A Park courtesy goals from Kwasi Donsu and Eric Kwakwa.

In the aftermath of the match, back-to-form midfielder Kwasi Donsu believes they have what it takes to clinch the title after their superb start to the campaign.

“It’s a good win for us but we must give respect to Dreams FC for giving us a tough assignment,” the midfielder told his club's official website.

“The belief is always there. When you play for such a club, you start every competition believing that you can win it."

“Some bad games didn’t allow us to win it last year, but we need to find that consistency that can make us fight in the last months and be one of those teams that will be up there."

“We’re really pleased with our start, but it’s only a start."

"We’ve won six games with confidence and good football. Let’s see how it goes going forward.”

Medeama, who finished ninth last season, play away to Berekum Chelsea in their next game.
