As part of Ghana’s 63rd Independence Celebrations, the organisers and the Barnet FC have confirmed Estater Saturday 11th April 2020, as the new date for the international game between the two top clubs from Ghana, Accra Hearts of Oak vs Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
The organisers of this high anticipated International friendly game between Accra Hearts of Oak and Kumasi Asante Kotoko are pleased to announce that, the official launch of match will take place at the match venue on Monday 9th March at the Hive London Stadium, Edwage in North London at 14:30 GMT.
The Chief Executives of both Hearts and Kotoko are expected to arrive in London on April 9, 2020. The two clubs will be in the same plane together and arrive in London on the 8th of March 2020.
According Probal Int. Ltd, the organisers of the game, a Special Trophy as stake for the winner, of which the English FA has appointed match officials for the game with the kickoff time at 6:15pm in UK time, and 5:15pm in Ghana.
A meeting was arranged by a journalist Vince Owusu-Appiah, for the organisers and the BBC yesterday, to agreed for a special documentary "only on the fans of Hearts and Kotoko" before the game.
The game has also attracted the interest of some international media such as the BBC, Al Jazeera and a Swedish media. Some journalist from Ghana will be arriving tomorrow Saturday for match media launch.
