Owner and bankroller of New Edubiase Abdul Salam Yakubu has accused Techiman City boss Charles Kwadwo Ntim called “Micky Charles” of having an agenda to destroy Ghana football.

According to him, if Micky Charles has a case at the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) he should wait for the outcome and rescind from his attitude.

“There are a group of people who wants to jeopardize our football one of which is Micky Charles” he emphasized.

Abdul Salam Yakubu stressed that the statement made by Micky Charles about the Ghana Football Association president wasn’t the best. Earlier this week, Micky Charles took to social media and said “any idiot can run football in the country”.

The Ghana national U-17’s management member claims that the Techiman City president has always supported negative issues after backing Accra Great Olympics to proceed with the court injunction on the Ghana Premier League.

But Abdul Salam Yakubu has pleaded with Olympics to consider the clubs and has indicated that most of the clubs including his outfit New Edubiase are running at a loss with the delay of the start of the league.

Accra Great Olympics served the GFA with an injunction letter yesterday, putting the commencement of the league this weekend into doubt once again.
