Ghanaian midfielder Mohammed Kudus was reportedly spotted at Arsenal’s Champions League game against Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday, October 1, 2024.
A photo taken by an Arsenal fan at the Arsenal Stadium captures the West Ham United star with two other persons.
Kudus’ reported visit to the Arsenal Stadium comes amid reports of a bust-up between him and West Ham United coach Julen Lopetegui.
The Ghanaian forward and the Spanish coach are reported to have exchanged a few words after Kudus was hauled off in the second half of West Ham’s game against Brentford over the weekend.
While Kudus was in the stands, his national teammate Thomas Partey was in action for Arsenal, who secured a 2-0 win over French giants PSG.
Partey’s experience and calmness on the ball were evident as the Gunners secured their first win of the 2024/2025 UEFA Champions League.
In the 64 minutes he lasted on the pitch, Partey managed to complete 27 of the 29 passes he attempted, produced one accurate long ball, and made three passes into the final third.
Defensively, the 31-year-old Ghanaian midfielder recorded three interceptions and made four recoveries.
In a game where Arsenal needed their limited European experience to come to bear, Thomas Partey’s calmness under pressure ensured that he became a trusted point for his younger teammates.
With one draw and a win from their opening two matches, Arsenal now have four points.
