Ghana legend Mohammed Polo has slammed the Professional Football Association of Ghana (PFAG) founder Anthony Baffoe for disrespecting him and other oldies players.

According to Polo, a 1978 Africa Cup of Nations winner, Baffoe and other former Black Stars such as Sammy Kuffour who are currently running the PFAG are not fit to be in that position because they won nothing during their playing days for Ghana.

He said the formation of the PFAG in the first place was unnecessary because it has made him and his playing colleagues who achieved a lot for Ghana irrelevant.

"Mohammed Polo” Former players had two slots at the GFA presidential election then suddenly, Professional Football Association of Ghana (PFAG) was formed as its replacement. For what,” he quizzed.

"They are a joke! They do not respect. We (former players) served Ghana (locally) but they served their respective clubs (abroad). How many cups have they won (for Ghana?

"Samuel Kuffuor has disappointed me, you must respect your seniors. Who is Tony Baffoe, what has he done for Ghana? How many times has he played for Ghana? Is he not from Germany before he arrived in Ghana? How can you come and direct us who are natives?"

"He has an opportunity, he is now with CAF but he should not disrespect us. What Kuffuor has done is also disrespect. They don't respect us."
