Defender Mohammed Salisu remains 'calm' and is not worried by reports of interest from other clubs for his services, according to the player's agent.

Salisu, whose agent is Juan Manuel Mata- father of Manchester United midfielder Mata- has been on the radar of several clubs and in the winter transfer window, and Getafe are the latest to show interest.

The 20-year old defender has been outstanding this season, breaking into the Real Valadollid starting eleven which has seen him pen down a deal that will keep him at the club until 2023.

The player's release clause stands at 12 million Euros and Getafe can only sign him if they trigger that clause.

According to Juan Manuel Mata, the player "calm" and "not at all worried" because he knows that he is "in the club that has given him all."

Salisu has made 20 La Liga appearances this season, including scoring a goal and an assist.
