NSA battle-ready for Super Clash on Sunday

The acting Director General of the National Sports Authority (NSA), Alice Attipoe, has told footy-ghana.com that her outfit is battle ready to host the game between Accra Hearts of Oak and Kumasi Asante Kotoko on Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Attipoe has assured fans that her outfit who are the custodians of the edifice in collaboration with the security personnel will ensure an incident free game at the Accra Sports Stadium.

“We are battle ready to host both Kotoko and Hearts of Oak. The game is a category A match so we need to beef up security at the stadium and that is what we will do.

She said: “The stadium is in shape; everything is ok and we will host them here. Police, fire servicemen and military men will be on duty on Sunday to protect life and property at the Accra Sports Stadium. We want people to come because the match will be incident free.”

Over 700 security personnel have been deployed to protect life and property at the Accra Sports Stadium during the match.

Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko will renew their rivalry on Sunday as both teams battle it out for supremacy, with over 40,000 fans expected.
