New Edubiase United FC have unveiled coach Prince George Koffie as their new head coach in an undisclosed deal. He takes over immediately with Nasir Lamin re-assigned to the assistant coach role.

Former Great Olympics coach, Prince George Koffie who holds a CAF License “A” certificate has been hired to steer the club back on track in their bid to seek entry back into the top flight from the Division One League.

The ‘Yenko Nkooaaa’ lads have had an underwhelming start to the campaign in Zone 2 this season and currently lie 12th on the league table with 11 points after 10 games.

The new Coach has also been tasked to see to the development and strengthening of the youth team of the club as well.

Coach Prince Koffie has experience in both domestic and foreign clubs. He has had stints with teams like Al Ethihad Sports Academy in India, Sahel SC in Niger, Inter Allies, Aspire Football Academy, Unistar Academy and Great Olympics all in Ghana.

A delighted Prince Koffie admitted his excitement at his new project and requested for the support of all stakeholders to succeed.

“I planned of joining this club even before I returned to Ghana and I would need the support of everyone here to succeed” he stated.

The General Manager, Mr Saad Abdul Salam and the Head of Marketing Mr Abu Salam were all present at the ceremony.
