Nyaho-Tamakloe In France

New Ghana Football Association Chairman, Dr. Nyaho-Tamakloe left Accra last night for Paris, France to attend the Ordinary Congress of the International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA) scheduled for the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris on Friday.

FA General Secretary, Kofi Nsiah, accompanied Tamakloe on his maiden official trip.

Nsiah told the Soccer Express yesterday the Ghanaian delegation would also take part in activities marking the FIFA centennial celebrations, which commenced yesterday with a FIFA Executive Committee meeting followed by a press conference.

FIFA will today open an exhibition dubbed "the FIFA 100" at the Charles de Gaulle airport.

Other activities planned for the celebrations include celebratory matches involving France and Brazil as well as a women?s game between World Stars and Germany all at the Stade de France.

In action for the Women?s World Stars will be Ghana?s goalkeeping sensation, Memunatu Sulemana.

Messrs Tamakloe and Nsiah will be away for a week.
