Former Asante Kotoko International Relations Officer, Dr. Kwame Baah Nuako has called on the President of the Ghana Football Association, Kwesi Nyantakyi, to improve his management style to curb the consistent leakage of information by some members of his outgoing Executive Committee.

In a recent media interview, Nyantakyi rated the 2006 Executive Committee as being better than the 2011 group.

According to Nyantakyi, members of the committee which leaves office next month were consistently leaking confidential discussions in meetings to the media.

But the former football administrator blamed Nyantakyi's management style for the unfortunate occurrence.

“Kwesi believes people did not build consensus, leaking out information. How well did he as a leader also manage it? Because at the end of the day, he remains the President of the FA and the Chairman of the Executive Committee.

“Which leadership style does he employ towards building consensus rather than people voting? If there are difficult nuts, they shouldn’t always be thrown out. He needs to work on it if it’s a key challenge,” Baah Nuako told Starr Sports.

He, however, added that the new set of committee members must be trustworthy when they assume office.

On September 29, 2015, new executive members will be elected to support Nyantakyi’s administration for a third term.
