Obed Owusu insists Hearts will fall in derby

Asante Kotoko striker Obed Owusu is expecting a tough game against rivals Hearts of Oak in Saturday’s Ghana Premier League derby but insists the Porcupines will bag the three points.

The defending champions are currently 5th on the league table with 8 points after a goalless draw at Wa All Stars in midweek as they come up against a Hearts of Oak that is lying 13th with five points.

But the Kotoko forward, whose first feel of a Kotoko-Hearts game was in the 2-0 win in the Super-2 clash, is not taking the potential threat posed by Herbert Addo’s side lightly due to the history behind such matches.

“It will be a difficult game because playing against Hearts of Oak has and will always remain a difficult game whether one is lying on top of the league table and the other is at the bottom”, he told Kotoko Express.

“We are going all out to try to win the game. Thankfully, we have the men and with determination we can beat them again”.
