Great Olympics marksman, Abel Manomey, admits his team is going through challenges but doesn’t believe his coach, Godwin Attram's assertion that they are in crisis.
The ‘Wonder Club’ is without a win so far this season and, lying rock bottom on the Ghana Premier League standings. Olympics was unfortunate not to have secured at least a point from its derby against Hearts last Sunday, losing by 2-1 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
According to the 22 year-old forward who has scored three goals this season, his side have played very well so far this season but poor officiating has led to their poor start to the season, but remains hopeful of a strong come back.
“Everything good starts with a challenges, I don’t believe we’re in crisis we are going through tough times now, and I know as soon as we win a game things will be better.
“But as a player what I do is encourage my colleagues on the field, and in all our games we have played well and sometimes referee decisions don’t go favour us , it’s so unfortunate we have not yet had a win,” Manomey said in an interview
Great Olympics will host Inter Allies in match day six of the GPL on Wednesday.
