Olympics vow to pursue court case to its logical conclusion

Great Olympics are fighting their relegation from the Ghana Premier League Great Olympics are fighting their relegation from the Ghana Premier League

Lawyer for Accra Great Olympics, Kofi Bentil has reiterated his client’s position of having a good case against the Ghana Football Association (GFA) arguing that, they ought to be heard by the FA.

Kofi Bentil pointed out that, his clients are willing to be demoted after their case is heard and legitimate basis established for their relegation adding that, they will not relent on their efforts to genuinely fight for their rights in court.

“We have a case. We are serious about that. We need to be heard by the FA. If our case is wholly handled to its throttle and we deserve to be relegated, we will barge and remove ourselves but if it’s otherwise, we will play the Premier League willy-nilly” he told Angel Sports.

Great Olympics served the GFA, what was the second court injunction in two weeks on Tuesday. The GFA, in a statement on Wednesday, announced the indefinite postponement of the 2017/18 Ghana Premier League.
