The Ghana Football Association Communications Director, Henry Asante Twum has explained that Ghana's head coach, Otto Addo is working hard to improve the Black Stars' results in matches.
Since the start of the year 2024, the Black Stars have failed to win a single match. The Black Stars have drawn 4 and lost twice in 6 matches.
Asante Twum stated on Asempa FM that the coach is bent on improving the team's recent 'cluster of shortfalls.'
"It is a cluster of shortfalls he [Otto Addo] has picked up in the five matches. Some could be the manner of conceding late, conceding cheap goals, goalkeeping errors, low confidence and these are some of the areas we've worked on in the last four days.”
Ghana will take on Mali on June 6 in Bamako before hosting the Central African Republic at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
The Black Stars are currently fourth in Group I with three points after two matches.
