Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham has praised Black Stars head coach Otto Addo for the impact he had on young players during his time at Borussia Dortmund.

Bellingham and Otto Addo spent two seasons together at Borussia Dortmund, with the former joining the club at age 17.

Speaking about Dortmund's unique and expert way of integrating young players, he labelled the Yellow and Blacks as the best in that regard.

The England star noted that Dortmund ensures a smooth transition for all youngsters and knows when to offer them playing time during their developmental period.

"The way Dortmund integrates young players into the first-team squad is next level. There isn't a club in Europe that does it quite like them. The way they are pushed and can also be reeled back in. They review your performances," Bellingham was quoted as saying by The Guardian.

He further praised Otto Addo, who previously held the position of transition coach at Dortmund, stating that the Ghanaian provided the right support for every player.

"There is a person there for every player, especially Otto [Addo], the former Dortmund and Ghana striker, who has worked with the young players. He is great," he added.

Jude Bellingham is fond of the Ghanaian coach, having labelled him as a legend in a previous post on Instagram.

Otto Addo, during his role at Dortmund, shared a friendly bond with all the young players and played a pivotal role in their development.
