PFAG unveils news office

The Professional Footballers Association of Ghana (PFAG) have unveiled their new ultra-modern office.

The beautifully decorated office is located at the scoreboard end of the Accra Sports Stadium and will now be a home to all retired players who have agreed to be part of the PFAG.

The short ceremony had in attendance FIFPro Africa Division Secretary General Stephane Burchkalter, PFAG boss Tony Baffoe, Egyptian footballer legend Magdy Abebedelghany, Cameroonian football legend, Geremi Njitap and other distinguished football personalities who have converged in Accra for the 11th edition of the FIFPro Division Africa Congress.

PFAG boss, Tony Baffoe expressed his utmost gratitude to Walanyo Agra, a former director of the National Sports Authority for giving his outfit the office and also commended the men and women who helped to beautify the office.

He reiterated his outfit’s commitment to the well-being of players and stated that the office will aid the PFAG in executing their core mandate of seeking the welfare of retired footballers.

“I’m grateful to Mr. Walanyo Agra for giving us this office and also to all the those who contributed to making this project a reality. This office has in handy and will aid in executing our duties”, Tony Baffoe.

FIFPro’s General Secretary Theo van Seggelen commended Tony Baffoe for his hard work and urged him to keep up with the good work he is doing.
