Patrick Razak has resolved to sign a new contract at Hearts of Oak following his failed move to Guinean club AC Horoya.

The flying Ghanaian winger was angling for a move away from the Phobians having been offered mouthwatering personal terms by Horoya.

Hearts of Oak officials however refused to meet with an official of the Guinean club who has been dispatched to Ghana over a fortnight ago to complete the move.

The infuriated officials of Hearts are considering lodging an official complaint to FIFA over the conduct of Horoya over alleged tapping up of their player.

Patrick Razak who had boycotted training in an attempt to force his way out of Hearts have since expressed remorse and has indicated his willingness to extend his contract with the Phobians.

The former Tamale Utrecht player still has over a year to run on his existing deal at Hearts.

A three-year contract which will see an almost 300% rise in the salary of Razak is now being mooted according to club insiders.

Razak is scheduled to meet Hearts officials later this week to conclude terms for his contract renewal.
