Background:
Attah Ebenezer, who used to move about while rolling on the floor, went through a transformation a year ago when Nectar of Hope for Children Foundation gave him a wheel chair to aid his movement.
This was part of the foundation’s community survey project at Bekwai Feyiase in which basic educational needs of children in the area were provided.
He hails from Bekwai Feyiase, a village with no electricity.
After giving Attah Ebenezer the wheel chair and enrolling him at Feyiase SDA Basic School, he requested to meet the Skipper of the senior national team of Ghana, the Black Stars.
The team then made several attempts to help him see his all time icon, with the help of Ultimate FM his dream was fulfilled.
Attah had not been in school before until he was enrolled into school (class one) last year.
He indicated that he is sometimes rejected by people due to his condition and that most children were scared of him because of how he used to roll on the ground.
