Former Black Stars player, Mohammed Ahmed Polo, has outlined his five-year development plan that he believes will help the development of Ghana football in the future.
The Ghana legend claims he has identified some lapses in the development of football in the country which has led him to put down requisite measures to aid young footballers who want to pursue the profession of football.
In an interview with sportscrusader.com, Polo, emphasized the need to pursue this agenda, as it represents his foremost desire.
He said: “Now, all my focus is nurturing young football talent in a mission I’ve termed as the ‘Five year Development plan’, which commences this year. This vision will
materialize 2021, where our youth national teams would be boosted because of the quality it will possess.”
Recently, numerous youth developmental plans have been introduced, but are yet to yield any significant results in the development of the game in the country.
