Accra, Jan. 31, GNA - Chairman of the Planning Committee of the Prempeh College Old Students Association's Monthly Health Walk, Mr Kwabena Nyarko has called on students to maintain a high level of discipline in all spheres to ensure their success in life. Mr Nyarko said discipline played an important role in the socio-economic development of every person and that without it, no individual, group, country or association could succeed. The Chairman gave the advice at the end of this month's Prempeh College and Yaa Asantewaa Girls School Old Students Association Health Walk in Accra on Sunday.
The Walk, which started from the Club House of Barclays Bank Ghana Limited at Ridge, saw the participants going through some principal streets of Accra and back to the starting point. It was aimed at strengthening the already existing cordial relationship between the two sister schools in Kumasi and to also test their physical fitness. Mr Nyarko urged Ghanaians to take active interest in physical education to remain healthy at all times. This, he noted would not only let them stay healthy but also increase productivity. Mr Nyarko urged other past students to pay regular visit to their alma mater to contribute to its developmental projects. 31 Jan. 10
