Former Black Stars striker Prince Tagoe received a warm welcome upon his return to Saudi Arabia, where he visited his former club, Al Ettifaq FC.

Tagoe, known as the "Prince of Goals," played for the Saudi top-flight club from 2007 to 2009. He is regarded as one of the best Ghanaian players to have played in Saudi Arabia, earning a cult hero status in the region.

During his visit, Tagoe was honored with a plaque of recognition and an Al-Ettifaq jersey. He also spent time with the youth team and is reportedly being considered for a scouting role at the club.

"Family, words cannot express the joy I feel in my heart for the opportunity to be with you once again and the love I have for you all. A humble and appreciative thank you to everyone who made this visit memorable. God bless you all! Wishing my beloved Ettifaq good luck in tomorrow’s game," Tagoe shared on social media.

Tagoe will be at the Prince Mohamed bin Fahd Stadium to watch Al-Ettifaq play against Cristiano Ronaldo's Al-Nassr.
