Ghanaian midfielder Rahim Ayew has revealed he will take up lessons to become a coach.
In the short term, the son of Ghana legend Abedi Pele wants to become a player/coach as he prepares for his retirement.
Rahim, who is now a member of the Nania FC technical team, believes he has the acumen to assist budding talents.
Speaking exclusively to Sports 24, Rahim Ayew said: "It is important for experienced footballers to take up coaching jobs, and plan towards that even before they retire from the game."
Rahim has been unattached since leaving Asante Kotoko three seasons ago.
He was a member of Ghana’s World Cup squad at the 2010 finals in South Africa.
