Black Stars Coach Milovan Rajevac has denied media reports that his plush Serbia home has been destroyed by Serbian authorities.

A report from Ghanasoccernet.com stated that a $1.5m mansion in Zlatibor, the Serbian capital had been razed down.

According to the report the demolishing of Milovan’s house is to intimidate the coach to abandon Ghana ahead of the World Cup in South Africa.

It also stated that since guiding a depleted Black Stars team to reach the final of African Cup of Nations in January, the Serbian coach has been receiving threatening phone calls asking him to quit as the head coach of Ghana.

But in an interview with Citi FM, Rajevac’s interpreter Nenad Glisic, who is currently in Serbia, rubbished the report describing it as erroneous.

According to him, the affected structure is just a small shop built outside Rajevac’s house but not the house itself.

The interpreter of the Ghana Serbian Coach also denied that Rajevac’s home in Serbia is estimated at 1.5 million dollars.

“It is not his house, it is just a small shop outside his house for rent…it is totally a mistake it is not his house. I don’t know the value of the house but it is not that much. It is a mistake that the authorities made because Rajevac has the documents and he has reported to the authorities so there is no big issue out of this…it is not true”.

Nenad Glisic also added that Milovan Rajevac is not perturbed about the report and that he is focusing on leading Ghana to the World Cup in June.

“He is just doing his job and he wants focus and the Ghana team and the players. Coach is calm and not in any way worried. He doesn’t want to make a big issue out of it”

The Black Stars have been grouped against Serbia in Group D alongside Germany and Australia in this summer's World Cup.
