It has been revealed that although the Ghana Football Association has parted ways with coach Kwesi Appiah, the coach is owed in arrears of six months.
The Ghana Football Association last week dissolved all technical teams of the various national football teams in the country.
This technically meant an end to the reign of Kwesi Appiah who contract ended in December 2019.
The coach has since in a statement thanked Ghana, the President of the country, Nana Akufo-Addo, his backroom staff and the playing body for the support given him all these years.
However, information gathered reveals that the coach has not been paid for six months.
Also, information available to mynewsgh.com suggests that the Black Stars’ winning bonus for the last two Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers against South Africa and Sao Tome and Principe in November have still not been paid.
