The Football Union of Russia has named a 23-man squad for a friendly with the senior national team of Ghana on September 6 in Moscow. The coaching staff of the Russian National team headed by Stanislav Cherchesov also announced that the players will also participate in a warm-up game for Black Stars against Turkey on August 31 in Antalya.
Chercchesov handed call-ups to former Chelsea full-back Yuri Zhirkov, Alan Dzagoev of CSKA Moscow as well as Zenit st Petersburg striker Artem Dzuba.
The 23-man squad is also supplemented by three stand-by players – defenders Ilya Kutepov (FC Spartak, Moscow), Mario Fernandes (PFC CSKA Moscow) and midfielder Roman Emelyanov (FC Ural, Ekaterinburg).

Stanislav Cherchesov’s charges will start preparations for the friendly matches on August 29.
