Sack indiscipline players - Otumfuo

Kotoko owner Otumfuo Osei Tutu 11 has charged coach David Duncan to wield the axe on indiscipline players ahead of the start of the new season.

There have been widespread claims of sabotage being hatched against the trainer by some faceless individuals who want to see his back and the retrogression of the club.

But the club’s life patron and owner Otumfuo Osei Tutu 11 has asked the former Hearts coach to instill discipline in the team and not tinker against dispelling any player who shows gross misconduct.

“There must be discipline in the team. You can dispel anybody from the squad if he is not discipline. Just oust him from the team and have a sound mind to continue with your work,” the world respected king told the coach during a recent visit to the team.

“Indiscipline should not be condoned regardless of whoever is involved. Do not spare any player who exhibits this behaviour even if management members try to intervene.

“Just let the person face expulsion and with this, the club can move forward.”

Kotoko won their first silverware of the season after beating Ashantigold 1-0 to lift the 2015 SWAG Cup on Sunday.
