Accra, Aug. 6, GNA - The Sakumono Tennis Club at the weekend made nonsense of home superiority when they stormed Kumasi to outclass 4 Garrison Officers Mess Club 9-4 in a friendly game played at the Garden City, Kumasi.

The Sakumono team which won four singles and five doubles games sold out a classy performance to overwhelm their hosts. The hosts had high hope as they went into the game with Justin and Paul combining well to displace Sakumomo's James and Nii Nii 7-3 in the first doubles game.

The pair, relying heavily on home support, held onto their serves and broke their opponents at crucial points in a manner that also inspired compatriots Asamoah and M.D to beat Frank and Boakye in the second fixture.

Chris Adumoah and Nii Bortey however were to turn the tables around for the Sakumono team with a fabulous play spiced with creativity, precision and power in the game against Osei and 'Lawyer'.
